Q: Why are your rates so low?
A: There are many reasons why we try to keep our rates low.
Our business philosophy is based on the simple fact that a vacant room earns no money. Our room rate reflects our absolute best rate period, there are no coupons or discounts that someone else is getting, EVERYONE gets our best rate, all the time. We don't play seasonal or holiday weekend rate games.
Our motel is remotely managed (there is no full time on site staff)
By strictly enforcing our no smoking/pets/cooking policy, we save over $5,000.00 per year in insurance premiums alone! (not to mention the actual damages done by these activities).
Q: Can I get some more_______?
A: Absolutely, however, our rates are low because there is no on-site staff. Should you need extra towels, shampoo etc. please let us know at the time of your reservation, or extra items needed will be delivered at the next maid service.
Q: Do you have rollaways available?
A: No, unfortunately, our rooms are not conducive in size to accomodate a rollaway. 2 queen beds will comfortably accomodate 4 adults or 2 adults and several children.
Q: Are your rooms handicap accessible?
A: No. We have had guests in wheelchairs stay in our main floor rooms, however there is a 2-4" lip as you enter the rooms, and our bathrooms are not equipped with grab bars.
Q: How old are your beds?
A: Our beds are new as of 2007.
Q: Do your rooms have heat/air conditioning
A: Yes, All rooms have heat (year round) and Air conditioners (May-Sept or when daytime temperatures are normally 80f or higher)
Q: How do I get a receipt?
A: If an e-mail is given at the time of reservation, you should receive an e-mail receipt. If not please contact us, and we can fax, mail or e-mail you a receipt.
Q: Can I pay with cash or check?
A: No, as with major hotel chains, a credit card is always required to reserve a room, and as a deposit for potential damages. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We keep our rates low by eliminating the on-site staffing needed to accomodate cash/check payment. Direct bank transfer can be made via paypal.
